Abstract Submission Guidelines
The committee welcomes the submission of oral or poster presentations.
This competition is open to all doctors currently working in the ministry of health/ ministry of higher education. The work submitted must be from a neurosurgical specialty and it may take the form of clinical trials, surveys, retrospective studies, lab experiments, or any other form of unpublished original work.
Abstract forms are to be filled in online here
Abstracts are to be submitted via email to namsabah2016abstract@gmail.com by 31st July 2016. Late submission will not be considered.

General Guidelines
- No limit is imposed on the number of abstracts submitted by individuals.
- Abstracts are to be submitted in English only.
- Abstracts must not be more than one 300 words (inclusive of title and author(s) name). Do not include degrees or professional titles. A maximum of four (4) authors may be listed.
- Abstracts must be accompanied by payment of registration fees. If the abstract is subsequently not accept for presentation, and the author wishes to cancel his participation, the registration fee will be refunded to the author.
- Guidelines regarding the layout and size of posters will be announced to accepted participants by e-mail later.
- The final selection will be the responsibility of our panel of experts.
